Beth Hillel Day School Parent Association
The Beth Hillel Day School Parent Association assists in the school’s activities and helps to create a strong connection between the school and families.
The Parent Association strives to get families involved in the various activities we have during the school year. Volunteers help with many events, from serving hot lunch, to Generations Day and Morning Minyan. The Parent Association also helps raise funds for the school with Party Book and an annual Drama Production. The PA was able to accomplish the above with the support of amazing volunteers.
Parent Association President, Craig Peterson, has been able to gather an active group of volunteers by tapping into their individual talents and skills while guiding them to be successful. The PA volunteers contributed to various events during the school year. Over half of our families actively volunteer during the school year, and 75 % of our families participate in the Party Book Fundraiser annually. The majority of students are involved in our Drama Production, which also raises a significant amount of funds. The participation from our community allows for many opportunities to build and nurture the warm and unique community at Beth Hillel Elementary School.
Our school is a magical place that enriches our children’s individual talents, academic strengths, and Jewish identities. Participating in the Parent Association is the absolute best way to be involved and knowledgeable about the school. Beth Hillel Day School is appreciative of Craig Peterson and the PA volunteers for their dedication to our community.
